Born and raised in the Bay, Tyla’s roots are both in the North Bay and in San Francisco, CA. She has been involved in music her whole life, either playing music, DJing, booking shows for venues, interning at indie labels, or working on the agency side of things. After nearly a decade of having jobs in the non profit sector, she pivoted directions and found herself working in the music industry again in 2021, where she landed a role as an assistant booker for The Chapel SF. Tyla has also been booking for SF queer institution El Rio since 2022.
In Spring of 2024, Tyla started Total Accord Agency on her own, and formed an artist roster of Bay Area musicians. She got the idea to form a local agency because so many of her peers kept asking for help with booking and general music industry questions, and she wanted to find a practical way to help. As word spread of TAA, there was a very high demand for representation and the company began to grow rapidly. In the winter of 2024, she merged her artist roster into Brooklyn based agency, Anniversary Group, where she is now a booking agent full time. Tyla is currently doing artist management for Total Accord and helps with booking consultancy.
Tyla is thrilled that the TAA team has grown, with more agents and artist managers available, Total Accord can provide more resources for local artists to expand their creative visions. Her passions lie in uplifting Bay Area's music culture and hopes to channel social change through creating more accessible musical platforms.
When Tyla isn’t working, she’s a vinyl collector and DJ, spinning the best in sweet soul, disco, new wave, r&b classics, rock n' roll, and more. She has been DJing around the SF Bay Area for the past 14 years and has opened for artists such as Thee Sacred Souls, Jalen Ngonda, Thee Sinceers, Os Mutantes, Shannon and the Clams, LA Witch, Lee Fields, Bobby Oroza, Fantastic Negrito, and many more.
Alexi Belchere
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Alexi Rose Belchere wrangles the social media side of Total Accord Agency. A singer and songwriter in bands gloomy june and Nocean Beach, booker and blogger at BFF.FM, and DJ in her free time, Alexi can be found at a San Francisco dive most nights, and walking her dog in Golden Gate Park during the day. Rumored to be ancient, Alexi says her love for the Bay Area music scene keeps her young, but it’s probably all the sleep she got being antisocial in high school.

Molly Felton

Molly is an agent with TAA. She has a background of a decade working in multiple music festivals and venues across the San Francisco Bay Area, with both global artists and the local scene. While wearing many "hats", her main areas of expertise are production, artist relations, and operations/logistics. She's an advocate for nurturing local music scenes everywhere!

My name is Alyssa, and I’m excited to be a part of TAA as an artist manager! As a San Francisco native, it’s special to be part of a team based here that values the culture and community. With experience in various roles in music through The Recording Academy, GRAMMY U, and an internship with a local concert promoter, I’m looking forward to honing in on local artists around the Bay Area and beyond.

Jackie is a Bay Area-based booking agent with a background in San Francisco’s music scene. She has experience both in playing locally as a musician as well as managing bookings for jazz performances at a North Beach wine bar. Having always worked in creative spaces, she’s excited to join Total Accord Agency as a booking agent to continue supporting musicians in making connections and navigating the booking process.

Howdy! My name is Kayla (she/her/her's) and I'm a whimsical gal from the Pacific Northwest. I have a background in music marketing, booking, artist management, and radio programming. Truly, I'm a classic rock sister at heart with an expansive record collection (I could bore you for days). In my free time I enjoy reading, running, writing, and radio - I host a show called "The Road to Nowhere" every other Sunday from 4-6pm on BFF.fm. I am open to working with anyone, but I have a soft-spot for queer/femme-fronted bands and artists that rock. Hit me up if you think we would be a good fit.

Sydney Sharp
Booking Agent
Sydney spends her days as a designer and her nights immersed in the SF music scene as an artist manager and booking agent. She got her start as Music Director at local college radio station KUSF.org, later diving deeper into the world of music with an apprenticeship at independent label Matador Records. Now at Total Accord Agency, she’s all about helping artists grow and get their music heard. When she’s not working with musicians, you can find her catching a movie at Balboa Theater or strumming away on her electric guitar.

Byron Mayhew wears a lot of hats — manager, musician, event producer and full-on music nerd. After 7 years deep in the San Francisco music and production scene, Byron has fallen in love with San Francisco's vibrant music scene. As a musician himself, Byron really gets what artists go through, which makes him the kind of manager who's in your corner every step of the way, using his creative intuition to help artists grow without losing their voice. Chelsea is a Bay Area native, artist manager, booking agent and self-produced musician who performs under the name Krane Alis. She grew up immersed in the local music scene and eventually studied production at Pyramind in San Francisco. After years of balancing creative work alongside other jobs, she made the leap to pursue music full time and fully dive into the Bay’s vibrant creative community. These days, you’ll find her either at a local show, behind a DAW, or organizing events that spotlight the talent she believes in. Having played venues around the city herself, Chelsea knows the grind artists face and is passionate about building real support systems for local musicians. At Total Accord Agency, she brings a mix of hands-on experience, creative energy, and a deep-rooted commitment to helping artists thrive.

Jason Bakari Williams

Bakari has been making music for over a decade, building a deep-rooted connection to the Bay Area’s vibrant creative scene. A producer and artist with a passion for artist management, Bakari has worked closely with talent across both Oakland and San Francisco, helping local acts navigate everything from studio sessions to marketing. Though naturally shy, he's an ambivert at heart—comfortable behind the scenes but always ready to step up when it counts. Known for his tireless work ethic and obsessive love for sound, Bakari brings a grounded, thoughtful energy to every project he touches. Darya Abtahi

Hi! I’m Darya, an American-Iranian creative recently graduated from the University of Arizona and now back in my hometown—the Bay Area. Born and raised in Cupertino, I’ve always had a deep passion for music and storytelling. From auditioning for America’s Got Talent as a kid to serving as a recent GRAMMY U Ambassador, I’m now focused on growing my experience in music representation and artist advocacy. I’ve worked with companies like NBCUniversal, Samsung, and CAD Management as a music consultant and performer across various Bay Area stages. I also host a podcast called Life of Dar, where I share stories from my creative journey and spotlight life as a first-gen, post-grad artist navigating the entertainment industry. I’m thrilled to be a part of TAA, where I hope to continue building meaningful connections and championing artists from the Bay and beyond.
