For Horses (formerly GrrlBand) is a five-piece rock outfit born in Eugene, Oregon, now gigging in San Francisco. They combine expansive melodies with cutting lyrics inspired by the precedent of The Breeders, Mannequin Pussy, and Veruca Salt. For Horses is passionate about female, queer, and BIPOC empowerment under the male-dominated rock umbrella. Claudia Santino (vocals), Codi Farmer (bass), LJ Jones (drums), Camy Corcoran (guitar), and Kayla Krueger (guitar) welcome all rockers to feel comfortable and engross themselves in the music.
