About Total Accord Agency

Total Accord Agency is building harmonious experiences in Music & Entertainment. Focusing on artist bookings and artist management, TAA advocates for Bay Area artists to reach a wider audience, while staying true to themselves, their values, and their unique approaches to music.  Owned and operated in San Francisco, CA, TAA started in early 2024.

Mission Statement 

Total Accord is a creative agency that supports artists navigating their way in the music industry, while making it an empowering and engaging experience for everyone involved. We believe that an agent or manager representing artists in the music industry should be there to uplift and inspire artists, while also doing the heavy lifting to make sure the artists endeavors flourish.

At Total Accord we believe in collaboration and working from a non-hirearcheal standpoint. We approach our role within the complex energies of this work with grace and humor, while being professional, reliable, and organized. 

We chose the name Total Accord because by definition accord means to provide power, agency, and recognition in a harmonious agreement. In an overwhelming industry, we hope to help inspire ideas on how to make people’s dreams come true with this in mind.

We do music because we love it, need it, and shouldn’t have to live without it!

TAA has a zero tolerance for intimidation, transphobia, sexism, misogyny, racism, ableism, homophobia, or any form of generalized hate. We also strongly believe in ending the oppression of all people and hope for an end to all settler state occupations globally.
