Davia is a San Francisco-born and raised musician, singer-songwriter, and performer. Themes that fascinate her during the songwriting process include surrealism, nostalgia, and existentialism. Genre-wise, she incorporates rock, art-pop, and jazz into her work to best interpret the lyrical narratives she creates. She has toured the US and made appearances with Sofar Sounds both locally and nationally. Her EP, “Through the Deluge,” released in May 2024, received praise in the press for its lead single, “International Orange,” an ode to her greatest muse of all– San Francisco. In 2025, she played Total Accord Fest and performed at the Haight St. Daydream Festival in honor of the Grateful Dead's 60th Anniversary. She is currently preparing for a full-length album release in spring of 2026, titled “The Fairground,” as well as a score for the short film “Arden,” directed by Anna Mader, which features the lead single “Crashed Your Party.” In addition to songwriting, she is a director, actor, and writer for both theater and film.
